Take a break from the hustle and join us for Wellness & Connection: A Gathering for Mindful Professionals, an afternoon designed to support your well-being while fostering meaningful connections. This special event will also serve as the perfect kickoff to Mental Health Awareness Month and is dedicated to focusing on care for the caregiver.

As therapists and wellness advocates, we know the importance of self-care, especially when we are in roles that require emotional investment and support for others. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this event is a chance to remind ourselves that taking care of our own mental wellness is just as crucial as the work we do for our clients. Join us in prioritizing your well-being while connecting with other professionals who share the same commitment to mental health.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Meditation and Breathwork by Ynske Joppe of Hearthstone Wellness: Begin your time with us by grounding yourself in the present moment. Ynske Joppe, an expert in mindfulness and meditation, will lead you through a calming guided meditation and breathwork session, designed to relax your mind, body, and spirit.
  • Mini Chair Massages by Denise Vidal of Therapeutic Massage of Cypress: Experience relaxation from head to toe with chair massages provided by Denise Vidal, a licensed massage therapist from Therapeutic Massage of Cypress. This mini massage session will help release tension and provide you with a refreshing energy boost.
  • Light Refreshments: Enjoy healthy snacks and beverages while you connect with others in the wellness community. This is the perfect time to unwind, chat with fellow professionals, and build relationships in a relaxed and supportive environment.
